The restaurant 'Casa Gervasio'hasn't changed its working philosophy for the last 30 years, where the proprietor is the genius and figurehead and also the person in charge of ensuring that changes in technology in the kitchens don't influence the results, thereby transporting the palate back to a period thirty years earlier.

'Casa Gervasio' emerged from an agricultural family which threw themselves into the restaurant business.And little by little it has become known for its gastronomy both in Somontano and at a national level, being one of the biggest tourist destinations in Alquézar.

Whoever has been eating at 'Casa Gervasio' knows Maribel and her character while her treatment of clients has always been another attraction to add to her good food.

The Hotel Maribel, carries the name of a pioneering and combative woman in the hostelry of Alquézar making a new and distinguishing establishment in Alquézar.

The philosophy of the Hotel Maribel is a mixture of luxury and tranquility during ones time there, together with its good food, and not forgetting the other activities one can do in Alquézar.
